Colvill Office Properties Announces Michael Anderson
Has Joined the Firm
Houston, Texas - October 31, 2004

Colvill Office Properties announced that Michael Anderson has joined the firm as leasing manager to oversee leasing and marketing activities for the company’s Houston properties. Anderson will be involved in all leasing activities of the firm, representing the Galleria Towers I and II, Galleria Financial Center, and First City Tower.

Michael Anderson has spent his real estate career solely representing owners of major Class A assets, including the 1.2 million square foot Chevron Tower, on behalf of Chevron, in Houston’s Central Business District and, most recently, the 1.5 million square foot Williams Tower, on behalf of Hines, in the Galleria/West Loop market. Anderson has completed over 600,000 square feet of lease transactions. At Williams Tower, Anderson completed over 400,000 square feet of leases in 2003 and year-to-date 2004 Anderson has completed over 100,000 square feet of lease transactions. Major tenants include Williams (217,595 square feet) and NextiraOne (186,777 square feet). In assisting leasing at Chevron Tower, Anderson was involved in over 100,000 square feet of lease transactions. Major tenants included Pulse EFT (50,000 square feet) and Watson Wyatt Worldwide (20,000 square feet).

Colvill has developed extensive expertise in commercial office building leasing in Houston, Texas over the past 21 years, 18 years representing owners of major institutional office property. During this period, Colvill has completed over 4.5 million square feet of lease transactions in directing leasing and marketing for a 15.6 million square foot portfolio owned by various major institutional owners. On behalf of JMB Realty, Colvill currently directs the leasing of First City Tower, a 1,333,312 square foot tower in Houston’s Central Business District. On behalf of Walton Street Capital, Colvill currently directs leasing for the 1 million square foot Galleria Office Towers, representing Galleria Tower I, Galleria Tower II, and the Galleria Financial Center. Of more notable accomplishments, Colvill was recently honored by Costar as a top landlord leasing agent in Houston in 2002 and 2003, having completed over 750,000 square feet of leases in 2002, and over 325,000 square feet of leases in 2003.
